The location of this hotel is fantastic, especially for getting to Southbank and nearby places. We had a separate bedroom, which was nice. Plus, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. 😊.

actually, the room was good, it also had a dryer, free toiletries, and bath sheets. stayed for 2 days and did not want to leave there, i will be back.

The staff was amicable - I would happily return. Really enjoyed my 3 nights stay. The room was clean and with aircon, with a great view plus extra blankets, had everything I needed. I had an electric kettle, refrigerators, and an oven. The location in a lovely area was great and particularly good and there were supermarkets and shops nearby.
Everything was superb.

the apartment at story was clean and cozy - with a great balcony view of the story bridge. it's close to the kitty cat ferry to south wharf - making exploring the area easy. housekeepers were attentive, and manager cindy's personal check-ins were a nice touch.
Would recommend.

Arriving late, I was pleasantly surprised when my request for a high-floor room for a special occasion was granted. the manager was helpful with any needs. the pool was a highlight. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

Holy moly, the room was huge with super comfy beds and a balcony that was mind, blowing. Free parking and wifi, plus easy access to parking – jackpot! the pool area was lit, the staff were mega, friendly, and the quick. the location was fire, perfect for catching the KittyCat. With a full, on kitchen and laundry setup, this joint had everything we needed for a lit three nights! .
